The perfect green superfood smoothie to outrun Vecna from Stranger Things

The perfect superfood green smoothie to outrun Vecna.

So, I recently wrapped up watching the first half of season 4 of "Stranger Things," and I got inspired to drop a review of the season as well as a go-to smoothie that would be perfect for outrunning him in The Upside Down.

Overall, I thought it was a solid season, even though it was a bit of a rough beginning. It wasn't until the 2nd or 3rd episode that I got really into it. There were a lot of storylines that needed to pick up, and in general, the darker tone of the season had me kind of thrown off. Anyway, this smoothie will give you all the energy you need to outrun Vecna and save the world.

Ingredients below: 1 cup Almond Milk .5 cup Coconut Water 1/4 avocado 2 scoops Vanilla Orgain Protein 1 scoop super green Orgain powder

Enjoy!

Young Money’s Instagram account hits 1 Million Followers

I started this Young Money account for Wayne and Mack about 2 years ago. Since then, the page has now officially surpassed A Milli followers.

This was done all organically. No paid ads or growth marketing. No follow for follows. No follow / unfollow method. No engagement pods or engagement groups. No bots or farms. Just awesome content from the artists and real engagement with real fans who love the music. Most social media managers can’t say that.

Love to everyone who follows the page and shout out to the real social media managers out there who aren’t buying bots for their clients. Keep holding it down. We’ll be the ones to last and do this the right way in the end! #MULA!!

I can finally afford a steak dinner from my TikTok earnings 🥩

Hey, I have even made about $100, more than any platform has ever paid. It might not be much at the moment, but it will at least pay for a nice steak dinner!

After really using TikTok for a year, and being able to monetize my content for the past 3 months, I can by far say that it is currently my favorite platform. The toxicity I see on platforms like Twitter and all of the bots I see on Instagram isn't really something I come across on TikTok. There really is that upstart of a positive, and engaged community. It reminds me a bit of Vine in the past, where creatives were able to gather, create and support together.

Also, I have been able to organically grow my account to 22,000 followers and find my content connecting with new audiences. I have seen a number of posts go “viral.” Some of it is the content that I created about music and entertainment, and some of it is content around entertainment that I have reported and posted about. One of my most viral posts with 3mm views was some behind-the-scenes content of Kim Kardashian and Nicki Minaj at The Met Gala. However, I have been trying to find the right recipe around my original content too, as I think that will ultimately help me the most in the long term.

Hey, it’s been a fun experience, and I have even made about $100, more than any platform has ever paid. It might not be much at the moment, but it will at least pay for a nice steak dinner! I will have to go out for a ribeye soon, there are some steakhouses I’ve been meaning to try down here in Atlanta.

Instagram and Adam Mosseri Announce (Bad) Move To Throttle Down Content With TikTok Watermarks

In a further move that is escalating the competition between TikTok and Instagram's copy-cat short-form content platform, Reels, Adam Mosseri, the head of Instagram, said they will start throttling down any videos with TikTok's watermark on it.

In a further move that is escalating the competition between #TikTok and #Instagram's copy-cat short-form content platform, #Reels, Adam Mosseri, the head of Instagram, said they will start throttling down any videos with TikTok's watermark on it.

They have said this in the past as well, but now (apparently) really mean it. According to Fast Company, they will be making changes to the algorithm that will start throttling that content down. Mosseri notoriously made an algorithm change on Facebook which throttled and destroyed Business Pages in favor of friend-to-friend content in the past. Fast-forward to today and Facebook is reporting its first ever decline in users. It's not surprising. People were on there for entertainment, video, and news, not to see what their friends of yesteryear are doing.

Adam Mosseri announced the algorithm change about Instagram original content on Twitter, of all places (lol)

Mosseri's decision might have saved some bad press for Facebook in the past by throttling spammy Business Pages, and I think this move is mostly more of the same. This will save some bad press or negativite comments in the Meta offices and meetings because IG is full of TikTok videos. However, those TikTok videos gave a lot of steam in the Reels engine, and it tells me something even more important. People are creating on TikTok, not Instagram. People like using TikTok to create and post. Perhaps most importantly, he underestimates how much people are not going to create two versions of their videos, and how a lot of people have already shifted over to TikTok.

I think many saw this coming anyway, and Instagram clearly wants people to create original content within the Meta-verse of platforms. It makes sense, but I don't think helps Instagram at all. They need to raise the rates they pay people to create content. Asking people to just create content for them is long gone. Everyone has bent the knee and done that in the past to no avail or long-term growth.

TikTok downloads by quarter

Also, I'm not sure how the #algorithm affects content that is simply uploaded to the platform and not created by recording the video or editing the video within the platform. I suspect that content that is edited/created within the platform (or any platform for that matter besides #YouTube), as opposed to uploaded, will and does better. Another hassle creators do not want to go through.

The excitement came about when she responded to a Shade Room post, which shared a remix by Atlanta rapper Akbar. Nicki even shouted out Akbar in the comments.

A few rappers come to mind who would make for a dope remix. Perhaps she can get Lil Wayne? Maybe even link back up with A$AP Ferg. Maybe she can do a remix with both Lil Wayne and Akbar? The options are endless, but she seems serious about dropping the remix to the street anthem soon. The song already debuted on the Hot 100 and the music video now has over 3 million views in only a few days, so the excitement for the song is definitely there.

We’ll see what she does soon!
